Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable field.
• 2–3 years experience in a comparable finance or related function within banking or management consulting with focus on banking.
• Good knowledge of Private Banking and global financial markets.
• Excellent slide writing skills with ability to prepare audience-specific communication.
• Advanced Excel and data handling skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics & visualization applications (e.g. Tableau) is an advantage.
• Fluent in German & English (spoken and written).
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position.

Aufgaben

• Drive & perform in-depth quantitative analyses to identify Front Office trends and P&L impact with respect to Balance Sheet products, and define actionable measures to improve performance.
• Lead & coordinate initiatives to improve Front Office P&L performance, including concept, implementation and rollout with reporting and progress tracking.
• Prepare concise, insightful & visually appealing presentations for management meetings.
• Act as sparring partner to Finance topics with exposure to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Run business case assessments and market strategy reviews to inform decisions.
• Enhance Performance Management and reporting landscape to track long-term strategy execution.
