Julius Baer in Zürich seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive the design, customization, and optimization of core financial accounting processes. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and ensure seamless integration with CO and other core modules across 35+ entities globally.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Finance Consultant.
• Good knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA Finance processes and SAP Finance certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP finance solution designs and specifications.
• Conduct process and gap analyses and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate and support testing activities including defect resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants and project teams throughout project lifecycles.
