Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Several years of experience in controlling, accounting or financial planning & analysis.
• Strong understanding of month-end closing, budgeting and management reporting processes.
• Experience working within an international or multinational environment.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; consolidation or reporting tools are beneficial (HFM experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Aufgaben

• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities across multiple entities.
• Prepare and analyse management reports, forecasts and financial performance metrics.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast, providing actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate cost centre reporting and monitor departmental spending.
• Act as a finance business partner to various corporate functions.
• Support annual budgeting, financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Consolidate budgets, reporting packages and presentation materials for management.
• Assist with CAPEX planning, cost allocation reviews and financial modelling.
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, tax, payroll and other finance teams.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses, reports and special projects.
