• Extensive experience delivering trading, execution, FX, and platform transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end system integration and target operating model implementations.
• Strong FIX Protocol expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead requirements definition, target-state design, and delivery coordination for the execution service and FX workstreams.
• Support the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk onto the target EMS and the implementation of the future operating model.
• Ensure alignment across Business, Technology, Operations, local Germany platform teams, Avaloq, custody migration activities, and external service providers to achieve end-to-end readiness.
• Act as the primary SME bridging business requirements and technology delivery, driving stakeholder alignment and solution decisions.
• Coordinate end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operating model readiness, and business adoption activities across execution and FX capabilities.
• Ensure successful delivery by proactively managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
