• Led end-to-end system integration and target operating model implementations in complex financial services environments.
• Strong FIX protocol knowledge and ability to communicate effectively at business level.
• Deep understanding of securities (equities, bonds, ETFs, and FX) and post-trade operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance experience; able to align executives and external vendors.

• Lead requirements definition, target-state design, and delivery coordination for execution service and FX workstreams.
• Support the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk onto the target EMS and the future operating model.
• Coordinate between Business, Technology, Operations, local Germany platform teams, Avaloq, custody migration activities, and external providers to achieve end-to-end readiness.
• Act as the primary SME bridging business requirements and technology delivery, driving stakeholder alignment and solution decisions.
• Write technical and business specifications.
• Prepare presentations and materials (PowerPoint) for stakeholders and steering committees.
• Coordinate end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operating model readiness, and business adoption across execution and FX capabilities.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements definition, target-state design, and delivery coordination for the execution service and FX workstreams.
• Support the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk onto the target EMS and the implementation of the future operating model.
• Coordinate between the various parties involved, including Business, Technology, Operations, local Germany platform teams, Avaloq, custody migration activities, and external service providers, to achieve end-to-end readiness.
• Act as the primary subject-matter expert, bridging business requirements and technology delivery, and driving stakeholder alignment and solution decisions.
• Write technical and business specifications.
• Prepare presentations and materials (PowerPoint) for stakeholders and steering committees.
• Coordinate end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operating model readiness, and business adoption activities across execution and FX capabilities.
• Ensure successful delivery by proactively managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering trading, execution, FX, capital markets, and platform transformation initiatives within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end system integration and target operating model implementations in complex financial services environments.
• Strong technical expertise in the FIX Protocol, with the ability to communicate effectively at business level.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, execution services, trading workflows, FX products, custody processes, order lifecycle management, and post-trade operations.
• Background in banking, e.g. within client onboarding, with a strong understanding of securities (equities, bonds, ETFs, and other products) and a solid understanding of FX.
• Strong analytical, technical, and business expertise, with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and bridge executive, business, technology, operations, control functions, external vendors, and senior management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, highly complex, business-critical programmes with significant interdependencies, demanding timelines, and high execution risk, using a combination of Agile delivery practices and traditional waterfall governance.
• Highly resilient, delivery-focused, and capable of performing effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities.
• Relevant project delivery, business analysis, change management, Agile, or project management certifications are advantageous.
