• Extensive experience delivering trading, execution, FX, capital markets, and platform transformation initiatives within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic solutions and bridge executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering highly complex, business-critical programmes with significant interdependencies and tight timelines.

• Lead requirements definition, target-state design, and delivery coordination for the execution service and FX workstreams.
• Support the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk onto the target EMS and the implementation of the future operating model.
• Coordinate alignment across Business, Technology, Operations, and external providers to achieve end-to-end readiness.
• Act as primary SME bridging business requirements and technology delivery, driving stakeholder alignment and solution decisions.
• Coordinate end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operating model readiness, and business adoption activities across execution and FX capabilities.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
