Zusammenfassung

Biogen seeks a Director of Clinical Operations Program Leadership to guide strategy, planning and delivery of global program operations within the QSDO. The COPL partners with DAT and PDC to align operational plans with development goals and governance.

You will lead timelines, risk assessments and governance materials, manage vendor relationships and drive execution across functions to deliver high-quality, patient-centric programs on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific or health related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in Biotech/Pharma with drug development and operational strategy experience; 3+ years in operational delivery.
• Experience leading programs, driving governance, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and refinement of program level study timelines and scenarios for IAP and strategic plans.
• Provide objective status updates and QSDO recommendations to DAT for strategic decisions.
• Own delivery of clinical studies within a program, ensuring quality, ethical and cost-efficient timelines.
• Develop governance materials and integrate operational voice for senior leadership alignment.
• Engage with Biogen and partners (CROs, vendors) to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Develop and execute the QSDO Program Operational Plan (POP) across therapeutic areas.
