Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism or Marketing.
• 7+ years of global/regional corporate communications experience in pharma/diagnostics/healthcare.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence across matrixed teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-portfolio planning and measurement for Core Lab, delivering integrated communications strategies.
• Advise Head of Core Lab Customer Area and RDS Leadership on impactful, measurable communications.
• Co-create and deliver global communication topics, managing external vendors when needed.
