Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Brand Migration to lead end-to-end migration of existing brands to a new brand in the market.

You will orchestrate planning, governance, execution and adoption across customer, employee, marketing and partner touchpoints to ensure a seamless, compliant brand experience. The role serves as the central coordinator across Marketing, Communications, Sales, Digital, Operations, Legal and Procurement in the local market to implement the

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in brand management, marketing operations, communications or program management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of a comprehensive brand migration plan and governance model.
• Oversee global program management across local market from planning through completion.
• Develop brand standards and templates for applications (fleet, collateral, uniforms).
• Coordinate physical brand touchpoints (signage, vehicles, materials) and digital assets (websites, social, ads).
• Manage stakeholder engagement and change management activities across senior leadership.
