Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Switzerland is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of large Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs. You will guide AI-native, end-to-end delivery with multi-workstream orchestration, ensuring outcomes and executive-visible ROI.

You will manage program scope, risks, and dependencies while driving rapid value realization for top customers and partners in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience in project management of technical programs.
• Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects.
• Experience in project management of technical programs.

Aufgaben

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs to inform executive decisions.
• Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams simultaneously, aligning these stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and definitions of success, and escalating blockers where necessary for resolution.
• Define and track measurable customer business outcomes as the north star for program success, translating technical delivery progress into executive-ready value narratives.
• Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, commercial management, change request negotiation, and scope management for fixed-price, milestone-based delivery constructs.
• Influence human builder and agent builder teams effectively, establishing clear operating models and responsible AI guardrails as delivery increasingly incorporates AI-augmented development workflows and agentic automation.
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across delivery programs, adapting delivery models and team structures for accelerated scale and pace, establishing outcomes-based governance frameworks for AI-native builds, and steering multi-agent systems at scale to drive delivery productivity across the program.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for agentic AI in delivery - including observability, cost controls, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and compliance guardrails - ensuring AI-augmented workflows remain auditable, secure, and aligned with customer regulatory requirements.
