McDonald’s Switzerland is seeking a skilled project professional to coordinate the full permitting process for new store openings and major renovations. You will lead permit submissions, work with architects and external partners, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

With 3–5 years in construction project management, you will independently drive projects from initiation to completion while negotiating with stakeholders and presenting plans confidently.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field as listed.
• 3–5 years in construction project management roles.
• Native German with good English and/or French.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate full permitting process for NSO and major renovations.
• Ensure building permits meet McDonald’s global standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, partners, and internal teams for approvals.
• Manage administrative aspects of permitting and track invoices.
• Monitor construction progress against permits and specs.
• Serve as primary contact for architects, site managers, and real estate reps.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success.
