Qualifikationen

• Completed basic training in construction with further HF construction manager training.
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, preferably facade construction in Switzerland.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction legislation, SIA standards, and common industry software (Abacus is an advantage).

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned construction sites in facade construction from execution to completion.
• Prepare work preparation, scheduling, and execution of facade projects.
• Prepare offers, calculate dimensions, follow-up calculations, and manage construction accounting.
• Plan personnel deployment, materials, and negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
• Serve as the central contact for architects, clients, planners, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards as well as safety and environmental regulations.
