Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
• Experience in premium, luxury or sports/outlet environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English with conversational German.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain stock levels and organize deliveries to ensure efficient inventory.
• Support restocking, displays updates, and product flow.
• Work with team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in training and share feedback to improve store processes.
• Uphold brand values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
