Louis Vuitton in Lausanne is seeking a Stock Advisor for a 3-month Christmas contract to ensure a smooth product flow from delivery to client and to keep back-of-house operations efficient.

You will work with the store team to maximise client time, manage stock, transfers and KPI monitoring, while upholding the brand standards and delivering the Louis Vuitton Promise.

• Manage product receipt and restocking operations, as well as the sales plan
• Effectively manage stock levels by coordinating with the supply chain
• Ensure efficient organisation of the back-of-house area
• Manage product transfers
• Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to the store’s performance targets
• Manage inventory
• Implement new processes/projects relating to logistics and the organisation of the back-of-house
• Provide sales support and customer service

As the professional in charge of Stock, you will ensure a smooth product flow from delivery to client, in line with the standards of the Brand. You will secure back of house efficiency, to enable the store team to maximize the time spent with Clients and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.
