Louis Vuitton in Geneva is seeking a part-time Stock Advisor to ensure smooth product flow from delivery to client, securing back-of-house efficiency and supporting the store team.

You will manage stock, transfers, and logistics KPIs, provide sales support, and uphold the Louis Vuitton Promise while delivering a high level of service to clients. Fluency in French and English is required, along with strong stock and retail operations skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage product receipt and restocking operations, as well as the sales plan.
• Effectively manage stock levels by coordinating with the supply chain.
• Ensure efficient organisation of the back-of-house area.
• Manage product transfers.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to the store’s performance targets.
• Manage inventory.
• Implement new processes/projects relating to logistics and the organisation of the back-of-house.
• Provide sales support and customer service.
