Six Senses Crans Montana is seeking a Steward to support the seamless operation of our luxury hotel’s kitchen and service areas. You will be responsible for washing and maintaining dishware and equipment, while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and company policy.

The role requires English fluency and Swiss work authorization, with preference for multilingual capabilities. As part of the stewarding team, you will maintain Six Senses guidelines and guest-centric service,

Qualifikationen

• Soak, pre-wash and wash all food & beverage operating equipment as per chief steward standards.
• Keep dishwashing machine clean and report defects to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing ware and cleaning equipment at all times.
• Ensure equipment and work area are clean and in good condition.
• Follow company policies on fire, hygiene and safety.
• Adhere to Six Senses guidelines and service standards; meet and exceed benchmarks.
• Comply with LQA standards and guest feedback.

Duties and Responsibilities

As Steward, I willassume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following:

• Soak, pre-wash and wash all food & beverage operating equipment according to the standards set by the chief steward

• Keep dishwashing machine in a clean and functional state, reporting any apparent defect to supervisor.

• Keep dishwashing ware and all cleaning equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.

• Ensures all equipment and working area are kept clean and in good working condition.

• Has a complete understanding of, and adhere to the company’s policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.

• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Steward, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• Secondary school education or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Vocational / technical certificationfrom a recognized hospitality school is preferred.

• Technical skills include familiar with food and hygiene codes, and various hotel systems including operation knowledge of dish washing machine.

• Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.

• European Passport / Swiss Work Valid authorization
