Job summary

SeeSicht Gmbh in Zürich invites you to an internship that blends business development with hands-on execution. You will take on core tasks alongside experienced teammates, learning how the business scales and managing assigned projects within a hybrid work environment.

During months 1–12 you’ll earn CHF 2,500 monthly, with on-year profit sharing up to 10%. From month 13 you transition to a stake in the company and a base salary of at least CHF 5,000 monthly, plus profit share if a project grows

Qualifications

• You're finishing or just finished university.
• Two of these skills are genuinely strong, the rest you understand and want to grow: marketing, operations/service design, design, UX, AI usage.
• You work the way we work: Lovable, Claude and Airtable — that's the whole stack. If something is missing, you say why and it gets added.
• You're transparent, fast and smart.

Responsibilities

• You execute; turn ideas into real products, pages, campaigns and processes.
• Build and test prototypes, run Facebook ads, then launch with marketing spend.
• Contribute to current projects like Fairbroker.ch, kettlebell app and Glanzio.
