Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Staff Process Engineer for Parenterals NPI & Life Cycle Management to introduce new products into commercial production and implement new technologies in line with transfer plans.

You will support innovation, cost improvement, and compliance projects within parenterals operations and ensure robust process implementation in collaboration with operations teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or engineering is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry; at least 2 years in parenteral/pharma manufacturing or development.
• Experience introducing parenteral products into manufacturing sites; including biotechnologically produced and/or chemically synthesized APIs.
• Knowledge of late-stage development activities and manufacturing unit operations (e.g., compounding, milling, filling of liquids).
• Strong planning and logistics skills to integrate drug product deliverables.
• Knowledge of manufacturing site systems (SAP, PAS-X) or equivalents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Act as a core team member in technology transfer projects for commercialization of new products.
• Prepare and execute engineering runs, clinical batches, and validation batches with Operations, Engineering, and MSAT.
• Lead and support improvement projects to strengthen process robustness and performance.
• Manage change controls, recipes, and document updates for assigned projects.
• Train shop floor and leadership teams on project content and process changes.
• Serve as subject matter expert in audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with Production and other business partners to ensure aligned implementation.
• Follow GMP, EHS, and SOX guidelines.
