Zusammenfassung

Jobgether seeks a Staff Engineer, Platform & Infrastructure to own the cloud infrastructure behind a modern developer platform. You will drive BYOC and private-cloud deployments, build robust IaC/GitOps, and define platform reliability through SLOs and observability.

You will shape data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse) and lead security/compliance programs, collaborating with a small, autonomous team in a remote-first setup across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in platform engineering, infrastructure, or SRE with production systems.
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• Strong AWS expertise; experience with GCP/Azure is a plus.
• Advanced Terraform usage with multi-account cloud architectures.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL performance, replication, and reliability.
• Experience with security programs (SOC 2, ISO audits, penetration testing).
• Familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js and platform-focused thinking.

• Own and scale cloud infrastructure supporting the platform's services.
• Lead BYOC and private-cloud deployments, provisioning and observability.
• Build IaC and GitOps foundations enabling fast, reliable delivery.
• Establish SLOs, monitoring, and incident-management practices.
• Evolve data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse).
• Drive security/compliance initiatives across SOC 2, GDPR, audits.
• Translate customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to technical roadmaps.
