Jobgether, partnering with a Switzerland-based client, seeks an AWS Cloud Engineer to design, deploy and optimize AWS environments. You will work across client engagements, applying IaC, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and security practices to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

The role blends hands-on engineering with advisory duties, enabling influence over architecture and implementation while staying current with evolving AWS services.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience deploying AWS resources in production or client environments.
• Experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience configuring Kubernetes clusters and deployments.
• Strong AWS networking and cloud security knowledge.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• AWS Associate or Professional certification preferred.
• Adaptability to varied client environments and requirements.

Aufgaben

• Deploy and maintain modular cloud-based systems and infrastructure within AWS environments.
• Advise clients on design, architecture, and implementation of modern AWS cloud technologies.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment challenges across cloud environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC and configuration management.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes using GitLab, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.
• Configure Kubernetes clusters and support containerized deployments.
• Design and maintain secure AWS networking environments, including VPCs.
• Optimize cloud operations for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Ensure data storage and processing meet client requirements and standards.
• Stay current with emerging AWS services and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to deliver effective solutions.
