Qualifikationen

• Experience developing embedded software under IEC 62304 and lifecycle processes.
• Ability to drive architecture, hardware integration, verification, and production release.
• Strong embedded C skills for resource‑constrained MCUs and RTOS/bare‑metal systems.
• Hands‑on hardware–software integration with debugging tools to resolve issues.
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own embedded software development across product platforms from requirements to release.
• Shape firmware architecture and technical direction for scalable designs.
• Establish internal IEC 62304 practices with cross‑functional teams.
• Build internal software capabilities and reduce external reliance.
• Own software safety requirements and risk controls for IEC 60601 compliance.
• Develop and refine production firmware with drivers and interfaces.
• Collaborate with controls and electrical engineers on new charging capabilities.
• Hands‑on hardware–firmware integration and debugging to root cause issues.
• Define and implement software verification strategies and automated tests.
• Create clear technical documentation and traceability from design to verification.
• Bring features from concept to release with sound technical tradeoffs.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership through reviews and mentoring.
