Techyon in Mendrisio, Switzerland, is seeking a Firmware Embedded Developer to join the R&D Embedded team. You will design, optimize and maintain firmware for embedded systems, work with C/C++, Python, Linux, and drive device drivers in a hardware-rich environment.

You will collaborate on machine vision and image processing projects, participate in code reviews, and ensure real-time video capture and streaming performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 2/3 years of experience in firmware and software development for embedded systems.
• Strong proficiency in Linux, C/C++ programming and microcontrollers; good knowledge of Python.
• Experience with device drivers and memory optimization.
• Knowledge of cross-compiling for embedded systems.
• Competence in real-time video acquisition, analysis, recording and streaming.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
