Zusammenfassung

SonarSource is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Data & ML Platform team. You will design and develop the data platform to support multiple domains, building pipelines, storage, and data transformation capabilities in the cloud.

You will deliver end-to-end ETL/ELT solutions and connect data sources while collaborating on governance and security. You bring strong Python-based ETL experience, Databricks or PySpark knowledge, and familiarity with AWS services.

Qualifikationen

• Solid software engineering experience, focused on data pipelines and storage in the cloud.
• Experience building end-to-end ETLT/ETL/ELT pipelines with batch or streaming tech in Python.
• Nice to have Databricks platform experience or PySpark knowledge.
• Strong AWS experience (Glue, RedShift, S3, CloudWatch, Lambdas, etc.) or equivalents.
• Good knowledge of Data Lake/Warehouse concepts and data governance collaboration.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop the data platform to support functional domains.
• Build data storage, transformation, and load capabilities for pipelines.
• Enhance the data platform and manage data handling services with stakeholders.
• Establish end-to-end pipelines including data cleaning and modelling.
• Develop and deploy connectors to data sources of interest.
• Maintain data flow documentation and collaborate on Data Governance.
• Work with security and incident management to apply post-mortem recommendations.
