Job summary

Lyceum is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to expand the AI inference platform. You will own features customers interact with, including model serving configurations, API surfaces, framework integrations, and developer experience.

You will ship capabilities and scale reliability for a European sovereign inference cloud. You will collaborate closely with customers and the commercial team, turning usage patterns into technical designs, and iterate based on feedback while keeping the platform

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with backend or infrastructure focus.
• Strong proficiency in Go and Python.
• Hands-on experience with at least one ML inference serving framework (e.g., vLLM, TGI).
• Solid understanding of deployment and serving of large language models in production.
• Experience designing developer-facing REST/gRPC APIs and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship platform capabilities for model serving configurations and API surface.
• Collaborate with customers and commercial teams to translate requests into technical designs.
• Improve developer experience from setup to monitoring and debugging in production.
• Own features and drive metrics on features shipped and time-to-availability.
