Zusammenfassung

Swissquote Bank is seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure reliability, availability, and performance of our production eFX/Crypto platforms. The role emphasizes Kubernetes, production operations, automation, observability, and infrastructure reliability across on-premise and private cloud.

You will collaborate with Infra and Dev teams to improve production readiness and respond to incidents.

Qualifikationen

3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar production engineering role.
Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
Linux administration and container technologies such as Docker.

Aufgaben

Monitor production systems, respond to incidents, and ensure uptime and performance.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized apps in production.
Automate IT and operational processes; implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Improve observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic/Kibana.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide production support.
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Collaborate with teams to improve production readiness and reliability.
