ANAVIA AG, based in Switzerland, seeks a SRaM Engineer to advance safety, reliability, and maintainability for unmanned VTOL systems. You will drive system- and aircraft-level safety analyses and coordinate with certification authorities.

Responsibilities include ARP4761/ARP4754A FHA/SSA, FTA, FMEA/FMECA, SSPP development, and RELIABILITY modeling with Reliasoft/MIL-HDBK-217. Proficiency in DO-178C/DO-254/DO-160 is favorable, English required, German desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in aerospace-related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in safety, reliability or maintainability in aviation/aerospace.
• Knowledge of ARP4761, ARP4754A, CS-29/-27 or FAR equivalents, MIL-STD-882, MIL-HDBK-217.
• Experience with analytical tools and models (Reliasoft, RAM Commander, MATLAB).
• Familiarity with DO-178C/DO-254/DO-160. English; German desirable.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain safety assessments per ARP4761/ARP4754A (FHA, SSA).
• Perform FHA and SSA to support certification and design reviews.
• Support fault tree analysis (FTA), FMEA/FMECA, and CCA.
• Develop Certification Plans, Safety Plans, SSPP; interface with authorities.
• Perform reliability predictions using Reliasoft, MIL-HDBK-217; report MTBF/MTBR.
• Maintainability analyses including MTTR, LRU architecture; support MTA/maintenance manuals.
