Zusammenfassung

Our client, a leading Big 4 firm based in Switzerland, seeks a Senior Manager to strengthen its Audit practice focused on private equity funds, private credit, and private markets. You will lead audits across US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAP, and Swiss GAAP while coordinating international teams on multi-jurisdiction engagements.

You will build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development, with a focus on FINMA supervisory audits and valuation of illiquid assets.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of audit experience with PE fund structures and private markets.
• Technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Swiss GAAP; SEC/PCAOB experience is a plus.
• Fluent English required; German is an asset.

• Good understanding of FINMA regulatory requirements and Swiss supervisory audit frameworks
