Leonid Group Ltd. is seeking an ambitious audit professional for an Audit Manager or Assistant Manager role at our Swiss head office in St. Gallen.

You will advise leading clients on audit/assurance matters and work with international teams on global standards including Swiss GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS. You will receive strong training, a competitive package up to CHF125k, and a clear path to promotion within 6–12 months.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of audit/assurance experience at a reputable firm.
• At least 1 busy season in a Manager role or with Manager responsibilities.
• Fluent in German and English to a working standard.
• For Manager: formal accounting qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA). Assistant Managers will complete Swiss CPA after joining.

Given the international client base, you’ll get exposure to a wide array of global accounting standards, including Swiss GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS. You’ll work on a wide range of accounting and assurance projects, alongside an international team.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of experience in audit/assurance at a reputable accounting firm, with at least 1 busy season spent as a Manager (or with Manager responsibilities)
• Fluent in German and English to a working standard
• For the Manager role, a formal accounting qualification, such as the ACCA, CA, CPA, etc. Assistant Managers will need to complete the Swiss CPA once you join (the firm will pay all costs for this)
• Can relocate and start this role by December 2026 latest
