PwC Switzerland in Geneva seeks a Manager to lead and mentor Audit teams in the Trade, Industries and Services sector, delivering high-quality audits in a dynamic, international setting.

You will manage multi-location audits, engage with senior client leaders, and ensure robust technical accounting and ESG reporting, while developing your leadership capabilities within a global PwC network.

Qualifikationen

• More than 5 years of demonstrable experience in a Big 4 auditing firm.
• Technically strong with excellent working knowledge of Swiss GAAP.
• CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
• Experience in managing large, multi-location audits and coordinating PwC firms in the region.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management at multiple levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead audits for clients in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
• Oversee integrated audits and statutory audits in accordance with Swiss law.
• Audit private companies reporting under IFRS.
• Manage non-financial reporting audits (e.g., ESG).
• Prepare audit files for Partner review and present findings to management or the Board.
• Develop and extend client relationships and support technical accounting matters.
• Drive own development and adapt to a dynamic, international environment.

Your Impact

• Audit Expertise: You will lead audits for clients in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
• Integrated Audits: & Statutory Audits: You are responsible for integrated and statutory audits of companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with Swiss law.
• Private Company Audits: You are responsible for audits of private companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Non-Financial Reporting: You are responsible for managing audits of non-financial reports (e.g., ESG audits).
• Deliver Results: You are responsible for the preparation of the audit file for Partner review and assisting in the presentation of the audit findings to management or the Board of Directors.
• Client Relationships: You develop new and extend existing relationships with our clients and actively support the client in technical accounting matters.
• Own Your Development: You are in the driver's seat of your own responsibility, flexibility, and development.

Your Skill Set

• Experience: Currently Manager, you have more than 5 years of demonstrable experience in a Big 4 company.
• Technical Expertise: You are technically strong with an excellent working knowledge of Swiss GAAP
• Certification: You hold a CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
• Audit Management: You have experience in managing large, multi-location audits and are highly effective in your day-to-day management of clients and network PwC firms within the region.
• Relationship Building: You have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
• Team Player: You are a team player with the ability to report upwards to Partners.
• Communication Skills: You have excellent French and English verbal and written communication skills.
