Bio-Techne is seeking an Application Development Scientist to advance spatial multi-omics research on tissue samples using Bio-Techne Spatial instruments. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to test and optimize markers, develop imaging methods, and report results.

The role requires a PhD (or Master with significant industry experience), hands-on experience in spatial proteomics/transcriptomics, and excellent English communication.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent with strong background in spatial omics or related field.
• Hands-on experience in spatial proteomics or transcriptomics on tissue samples is required.
• Experience with imaging and data analysis is essential.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Aufgaben

• Test, optimize, and validate new markers for immunofluorescent stainings on tissue samples.
• Investigate novel solutions for spatial-omics assays on Bio-Techne Spatial platforms.
• Develop understanding of in situ protein and RNA detection methodologies.
• Acquire images, process data, and report results concisely.
• Explore biological background of target markers and contribute to device/software development.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers and researchers.
