Job summary
Netlight is seeking IT consultants for diverse software development roles in Zurich. You will build products, systems and technical solutions for a range of clients, with opportunities to influence projects from cloud to data engineering and DevOps.
A strong emphasis is placed on collaboration, mentorship and continuous learning. Opportunities span from system development to GenAI and UX/UI design, with roles designed around your experience and interests.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Technology or similar, or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Technology or similar plus 2 years of full-time working experience in a relevant IT-field
- 6 months to 2 years of working student or internship experience related in agile software engineering roles
- Verbal and written professional proficiency in English
- Based in Zurich or willingness to relocate to Zurich
Responsibilities
- You will build the products, systems and technical solutions for today and tomorrow for our clients
- Design, develop, and scale existing and new products and companies while continuously learning
- Collaborate with mentors, coaches and EDGE networks to foster personal and professional growth
- Contribute across Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Architecture and various tech domains as required

The consultant role itself will vary a lot according to the assignment. We will design a role together with you. You will be starting somewhere familiar. For example in Cloud? System development? DevOps? Data engineering? GenAI? It is your call how your career at Netlight will look, ranging from which clients you will work with, what role you want to take (based on your personal experience, strengths, your personal interest) and how your relationship with your mentor/coach/EDGE networks/social networks will look like.
Our projects are in the fields such as Cloud, Architecture, Data Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Backend, Fullstack, System, Product Owner, Product Management, Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, UX-/UI-/Interaction Design and more.
