Google LLC in Zürich seeks a Software Engineer III for AI/ML YouTube Shopping Creator to design and deploy ML/AI-driven features within a high-scale ecosystem. You will shape intelligent recommendations by integrating LLMs and advanced AI techniques across multiple products.

You will collaborate with PMs, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver a compelling ML roadmap, with emphasis on system design, data processing, and performance optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in C++ and Python, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (deployment, evaluation, processing, debugging).
• 1 year of experience with one or more ML areas (LLMs, speech, RL, ML infra).

A key business priority is expanding the creator and shopping content and driving active engagement with shopping features. Our mission is to enable creators to launch and scale their Shopping journey through seamless activation, intelligent matchmaking, and data-motivated inspiration. As a team, we drive growth by owning the Activation and Inspiration CUJs. We focus on expanding eligibility and improving retention through a staged framework. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative ML/AI-driven models and features.
• Architect and build systems that deeply integrate LLMs and other AI technologies to provide intelligent recommendations.
• Drive integrations across multiple product partners; lead by strong collaborations and partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and other engineering teams to define and deliver the roadmap for ML/AI capabilities.
