Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Software Engineer III, AI/ML for YouTube Shopping Creator. The role involves building ML/AI features at scale, integrating LLM tech, and partnering with product teams to advance shopping experiences. In-person interviews are typical.

You will contribute to activation and inspiration CUJs, leverage AI/ML insights, and help scale creator and merchant engagement across YouTube Shopping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with C++ and Python, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (deployment, evaluation, processing).
• 1 year of experience with one or more ML areas (LLMs, speech/audio, RL, ML infra).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ML/AI models and features.
• Architect systems integrating LLMs and AI technologies for recommendations.
• Drive integrations across product partners and coordinate collaborations.
• Collaborate with PMs, UX, Data Scientists, and other teams to deliver ML roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative ML/AI-driven models and features.
• Architect and build systems that deeply integrate LLMs and other AI technologies to provide intelligent recommendations.
• Drive integrations across multiple product partners; lead by strong collaborations and partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and other engineering teams to define and deliver the roadmap for ML/AI capabilities.
