Zusammenfassung

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Smart Plant and Manufacturing Strategy Manager in Switzerland (Zurich/Geneva) to lead MES strategy, architecture and transformation initiatives for pharma, biotech and industrial clients.

You will oversee a team of MES Recipe Authors, ensure GMP compliance, and drive end-to-end project delivery from strategy through go-live. Fluent English and German are required, with a strong consulting mindset and client presence.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in management consulting, digital manufacturing or industrial tech.
• Experience with MES implementations and MBR/EBR authoring.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5 and CSV.
• Fluent English; German at a fluent level is mandatory

Aufgaben

• Project Leadership & Recipe Team Management: Lead client engagements and manage a MES Recipe Authoring team.
• Content Review & Quality Stewardship: Approve MBRs, EBRs, and workflows for go-live.
• Smart Manufacturing Architecture & Advisory: Define target architectures for MES/DCS/ERP/LIMS integration.
• MES Strategy & Transformation: Define MES roadmaps, platform selection, and implementation plans.
• Standards & Methodology Development: Create and improve authoring standards and reusable assets.
• Stakeholder Management & Client Presence: Engage senior stakeholders through workshops and steering committees.
• Business Development: Contribute to proposals and go-to-market positioning of Intelligent Industry
