agap2 Switzerland is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, implement and qualify automation systems in GMP environments. You will work on PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS or MES projects and collaborate with engineering, production, quality and validation teams.

From a Bern-based role, you will support FAT/SAT, qualification and validation activities, troubleshoot issues and contribute to standards and documentation. English is required; German is a strong advantage. Swiss/EU citizens only.

Qualifications

Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Industrial IT or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of GMP-regulated pharma/biotech experience.
Experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS or MES systems preferred.

Responsabilités

Design, develop and implement automation solutions in GMP environments.
Configure and program PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS or MES systems.
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
Troubleshoot automation, control and communication issues.
Develop and improve automation standards, procedures and documentation.
Support batch control, recipe management, data integrity and process monitoring.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and client stakeholders.
Contribute to delivery of strategic pharma and biotech projects.
