Zusammenfassung

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Intelligent Industry consultant to lead MES projects for life sciences and industrial clients. You will guide the design, implementation, and scale of smart manufacturing capabilities, spanning MES, DCS, SCADA, ERP and IT/OT integration.

Qualifikationen

• Educational degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in management consulting, digital manufacturing, or industrial tech with client-facing focus.
• Experience in MES implementations (e.g., Körber PAS|X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Siemens Opcenter) including MBR/EBR authoring and go-live support.
• Solid understanding of MES in the context of DCS/SCADA, ERP (SAP), LIMS, historian systems and IT/OT convergence.

Aufgaben

• Lead client engagements and manage a dedicated MES Recipe Authors team; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Review and approve MBRs/EBRs and workflow configurations before client submission or go-live.
• Advise on MES/IT landscape and define target architectures aligning operations and IT.
• Support MES roadmaps, platform selection, and implementation strategies; translate requirements into configurations.
• Define and improve authoring standards and reusable assets across engagements.
• Engage senior client stakeholders; lead workshops and steering committee updates.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and go-to-market positioning.
