Aufgaben

• Process all necessary shipping documentation.
• Review schedules to ensure carrier and load information are updated on orders, and to verify shipping and 3rd party billing information is correct.
• Ship complete orders.
• Scan completed LTL and TL orders with all paperwork to ExNet.
• Maintain file room, including filing shipped orders.
• Have all documents ready for deliveries for the floor supervisors.
• Support the OSHA 18001 Safety System & ISO 14001 Environmental System.
• Make sure all reports are kept current.
• Maintain all necessary files.
• Assist in all necessary aspects of the Distribution Admin team as needed.

Location: Millville, NJ

Hours: Monday thru Frida 10am-6:30pm

Pay: Hourly Rate $18

Job Duties

• Process all necessary shipping documentation
• Review schedules to ensure carrier and load information have been updated on orders, and to verify shipping and 3rd party billing information is correct
