Aequor Consulting GmbH in Bubendorf, Switzerland is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Specialist (m/f/d) to support processes and continuously improve the platform. The role focuses on administration, optimization, and ensuring stable operations and high-quality service delivery.

You will work closely with the Managed Services team to pre-qualify incidents, analyze trends, and translate insights into concrete optimization opportunities while maintaining comprehensive documentation and platform

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM module and ITSM processes.
• Experience in Agile environments; familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and quality awareness.

Aufgaben

• Pre-qualify, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests with the Managed Services team.
• Identify improvement opportunities across workflows and platform processes.
• Support definition and creation of metrics and reports to analyze platform usage.
• Translate data into optimization and automation opportunities for current workflows.
• Maintain documentation of workflows and implementations, keeping it up to date.
