• Clinical development strategy and study design for sepsis programmes
• Provide clinical, scientific input to development plans and endpoints
• Define target populations, biomarker enrichment and endpoints
• Evaluate trial designs including adaptive and Bayesian approaches
• Act as clinical scientific lead and medical monitor on studies
• Plan, design, conduct and report Sobi-sponsored studies with cross-functional teams
• Author study protocols and reports and contribute to analysis plans
• Support regulatory interactions and submissions for assigned products
• Engage with investigators, sites and advisory boards
• Represent Sobi at conferences and collaborations in sepsis/critical care
