Job summary

Meta Hire Group, in a fully remote capacity, is seeking an experienced SEO Manager specializing in the iGaming vertical. You will own end-to-end SEO execution across a portfolio of sites, translating strategy into technical, on-page, and content actions to boost organic visibility and conversions.

You will collaborate with Content, Design, and Development teams and report to the Senior SEO Manager, ensuring pages are commercially viable and search-optimized while driving measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with multi-site portfolios.
• Proven track record in iGaming and affiliate marketing.
• Strong on-page, technical, and off-page SEO understanding.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience managing content in modern CMS and basic HTML/CSS edits.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive SEO performance, roadmap delivery, and commercial outcomes across assigned web properties.
• Direct on-page strategies, including metadata, internal linking, and content gap closures.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis for growth opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and other tools; diagnose ranking fluctuations.
• Execute site audits, define technical requirements for developers, and validate fixes.
• Collaborate with Content Team on briefs, templates, and pre-publish optimizations.
• Evaluate backlink profiles and mitigate risk factors.
• Maintain a prioritized SEO backlog and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to broader SEO, content, and R&D initiatives.

About The Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to take end-to-end ownership of execution and performance across a dedicated portfolio of sites and projects.

In this role, you will translate high-level SEO strategy into concrete technical, on-page, off-page, and content initiatives, driving measurable growth in organic visibility, rankings, conversions, and commercial value. This position balances strategic insight with hands‑on execution; they need someone proactive who challenges assumptions, delivers clear recommendations, and takes full accountability for results.

You will report directly to the Senior SEO Manager (who leads overarching portfolio strategy) while collaborating closely with in‑house Content, Design, and Development teams to ensure every page is commercially viable, technically sound, and search‑optimized.

Responsibilities

• Drive SEO performance, roadmap delivery, and commercial outcomes across assigned web properties in alignment with portfolio priorities.
• Direct on‑page strategies, including metadata, internal linking architecture, search intent alignment, and content gap closures.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify scalable, high‑impact growth opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and complementary tools; quickly diagnose ranking fluctuations, identify risks, and translate insights into action plans.
• Execute comprehensive site audits, define clear technical requirements for developers, and validate post‑deployment fixes.
• Partner with the Content Team on briefs, templates, and pre‑publish optimizations to maintain high search standards.
• Evaluate backlink profiles, identify strategic link opportunities, and mitigate potential risk factors.
• Maintain a clear, prioritized SEO backlog, communicating progress, blockers, and outcomes effectively to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to broader SEO, content, and experimental R&D initiatives as business priorities evolve.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven track record of managing and scaling multi‑site portfolios or substantial web assets.
• Solid background within iGaming and affiliate marketing environments.
• Deep understanding of on‑page SEO principles, robust technical SEO capabilities, and a practical grasp of off‑page strategies.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Comfortable managing content within modern CMS platforms and performing basic HTML/CSS edits.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to turn complex metrics into actionable commercial strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with AI‑assisted workflows (e.g., Claude Code, vibe coding, or prompt‑driven automation).
