Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Windows desktop application development with Windows App SDK/WinUI and C#/XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between managed and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with focus on reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows and inclusive software.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++ when needed.
• Define and enforce best practices for code architecture, performance, memory usage, and cross-version compatibility.
• Drive accessibility efforts: support for accessibility APIs, keyboard navigation, screen readers, and inclusive UX.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders to plan features and long-term roadmap for Windows platform.
• Own full lifecycle of features from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, performance issues, and architectural bottlenecks.
