Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Windows desktop app development with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML, and possibly C++.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between managed and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with focus on reliability, performance and maintainability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs and inclusive software.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, and making architecture decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams; user-centric focus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and optional C++.
• Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase.
• Drive accessibility efforts: UI Automation and accessibility support.
• Collaborate with product designers, QA, and stakeholders to shape UI/UX architecture and roadmap.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.
