Qualifikationen

• Native English speaker with strong proficiency in German.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX writing for digital products.
• Experience in financial services or similarly complex industries preferred.
• Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility and user research practices.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
• Proficient in Figma and FigJam.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with interaction and service designers, product teams and localization experts to create clear, intuitive and client-focused content.
• Write copy for UI components on web and mobile as well as support and web content.
• Incorporate research insights and client feedback into content strategies.
• Contribute in an agile environment participating in sprints, prototyping and iterative user testing.
