Locations

Zurich or Edinburgh (Hybrid). You will be based in either location for a minimum of three days a week, with flexibility to work from home for part of your working week.

Role Overview

You will design end‑to‑end user experiences for complex financial products used globally. This includes conducting user research, usability testing, and design reviews to validate and refine solutions.

In partnership with business analysts, developers, and product managers, you will ensure seamless implementation and incorporate accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design practices.

Leveraging data and business insight, you will align user needs with revenue and cost‑optimization goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage data visualization to simplify complex financial information.
• Drive UX and product maturity across the organization.
• Research and surface new UX findings and insights to the team.
• Facilitate service‑design workshops, journey mapping, and strategic sessions.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure fair treatment of vulnerable customers.
• Create design artefacts using Figma.

What You Bring

You have proven experience as a UX Designer in complex, fast‑paced environments, with a strong interest or background in financial services.

Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and design outcomes, with expertise in Figma, Miro; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus. You are analytical, logical, and skilled at gathering and analysing information for decision‑making and problem solving.

Compensation

Salary: EUR 43 200 – 72 000 per year.
