J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a high-caliber advisor to work with Ultra-High Net Worth clients across LatAm and EMEA. The role emphasizes cross-border collaboration, sophisticated wealth planning, and close partnership with tax and legal teams.

The successful candidate will drive client wins, manage complex structures, and coordinate with multiple global teams to deliver tailored wealth management solutions. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

• Proven track record with ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
• Experience coordinating across LatAm and EMEA teams
• Solid understanding of private client tax and legal concepts
• Commercial mindset with measurable business development results
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
• Fluent English; additional Spanish/Portuguese/French are a plus

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Latam advisors to deliver regional business priorities and Wealth Advisory objectives across EMEA
• Lead and support initiatives across Latam (outreach, family offices, governance, philanthropy, events)
• Partner with Bankers, Investors and Lending Advisors to deliver best-in-class client service
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting wealth planning
• Foster collaboration across the JPMorgan Wealth Advisor teams worldwide
• Identify solutions addressing client needs and pursue growth opportunities
• Coordinate with JP Morgan tax, compliance and legal to manage risk and governance
• Develop and maintain regional Wealth Advisory materials
• Engage with clients' professional advisors to implement recommendations
• Support clients in finding appropriate advisers when needed
• Maintain strong client relationships and trust through effective communication
