• Interest in succession planning, family governance, family office and philanthropy
• Ability to work in a diverse multi-cultural environment
• Strong relationship orientation and a self-starter with business development skills
• Accomplished client management with gravitas to earn trust
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Team-oriented across the firm and jurisdictions
• English fluent; Spanish, Portuguese and French a plus

Aufgaben

• Work as a team with Latam advisors to deliver regional business priorities and Wealth Advisory objectives across EMEA
• Lead initiatives across Latam (intermediary outreach, family offices, governance, philanthropy, events)
• Partner with Bankers, Investors and Lending Advisors to deliver first‑class client service
• Inform the team about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting wealth planning
• Foster a collaborative environment that supports growth and development
• Collaborate with JPMorgan Wealth Advisors teams globally across the firm
