Zusammenfassung

Sonar in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks aSecurity-focused leader for its Information Security team to strengthen trust with customers and shape communications on security, privacy, and compliance. You will partner with the CISO and cross-functional teams to translate complex security requirements into clear business terms.

You will drive improvements to Trust Center, manage security contracts, and guide AI-driven governance while balancing risk and customer needs in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Security-focused mindset enabling safe AI-driven software
• Experience reviewing security clauses in customer contracts and MSAs/DPAs
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Product, Sales and Legal teams
• Ability to communicate security strategy to senior leaders (CISO level)
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and related compliance
• Experience using AI tools to support governance tasks

Aufgaben

• Manage answers to security and technical questions from customers and internal users; maintain the Trust Center
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, go-to-market and InfoSec teams to translate technical details into clear responses
• Review customer contracts, MSAs, and DPAs; provide feedback and negotiation support on security clauses
• Maintain accuracy of trust systems and enable a federated security approach
• Develop and refine prompts/workflows using AI to keep security information systems up to date
