Zusammenfassung

CAPITAL TRUSTEES AG – Regulated Trustee Company/Finma Licensed is seeking a Brasil-qualified lawyer to expand its international trust business across LATAM, with a Brazil focus. You will cultivate relationships with lawyers, bankers, tax advisors and intermediaries active in LATAM markets and support wealth planning for existing Brasil and LATAM clients.

Fluency in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish is essential, with additional languages considered a plus; prior experience in private

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer in Brasil with relevant regulatory knowledge.
• 3+ years experience in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI.
• Experience in private clients, family offices or trust services.
• Familiar with wealth planning for real estate and shipping assets.
• Experience with private investments, due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish; other languages a plus.

Tasks

• Increase the Company’s market visibility and recognition of its international trust business within the global wealth management community across LATAM with special focus on Brasil.
• Development of professional relationship with third parties (lawyers, bankers, chartered accountants, tax advisors and so on) active in financial markets of LATAM and in particular Brasil.
• Support the team in managing wealth planning of existing client in Brasil and LATAM.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in Brasil
• Business experience of at least three years in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI.
• Working experience in a Trust company or Law firm specialized in private clients and or Single/Multi-family offices.
• Familiar with HNWI wealth planning, in particular with real estate and shipping.
• Familiar with legal aspects of private investments, real estate transactions and corporate holdings, including drafting contracts and conducting due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Familiar with wealth planning and inheritance consultancy for sportsman.
• Fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of a fifth language is a plus
• Having authored peer-reviewed publications is a plus
• TEP qualification is a plus
