Zusammenfassung

Capital Trustees is seeking an experienced fiduciary professional to manage a diverse portfolio of structures for internationally oriented clients. You will develop strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, coordinating with lawyers, tax advisers and bankers to ensure proper administration and compliance.

The role involves implementing fiduciary solutions, meeting financial and regulatory targets, and representing the firm at events as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in trustee firms with international clientele
• Knowledge of Trust instruments and their applications
• Understanding of local jurisdiction laws
• Excellent English; German language is a plus

• Manage a mix portfolio of structures for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups
• Develop relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise client retention
• Collaborate with end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants and registered agents for proper administration
• Implement fiduciary solutions in cooperation with legal and tax advisors
• Ensure targets are met to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business
• Participate in events as a speaker when needed
• Provide support to Legal and Compliance Office
• Stay up-to-date with regulations and industry trends

Independent trustee company based in Switzerland and specialised in trust set-up and administration services

Tasks

• Manage a mix portfolio of structures (such as trusts, investment companies, foundations, private trust companies) for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups;
• Develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise client retention;
• Work directly with the end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants, registered agents and other third parties to ensure the proper administration of the structures;
• Implementation of fiduciary solutions in cooperation with legal and tax advisors;
• Ensure financial and non-financial targets are met in order to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business;
• Take part in events as a speaker, if needed;
• Provide support to Legal and Compliance Office;
• Stay up-to-date with the regulations and trends in the industry.

Requirements

• Professional experience preferably in trustee companies with international clientele
  exposure, or, alternatively, experience in the private department of legal firms or wealth planning in banking institutions, joining a senior position;
• Strong knowledge of Trust instrument, its application and benefits;
• Good understanding of the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction;
• Excellent English language skills, knowledge of German is an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with an independent working style;
• Well organised and ability to deal with conflicting demands under pressure;
• Outgoing personality and confident to speak to end clients;
• Capacity to understand both clients' and our firm's needs;
