Job summary

ALTEN Group is recruiting an experienced Solution Architect to design and lead architectures across Treasury Management and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) domains as part of an international Finance Transformation program.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions and oversee integrations with ERP and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and governance across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect on Finance Transformation or Treasury programs.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management, Financial Planning, and EPM.
• Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders at different levels.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and technical architectures for treasury, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations between treasury systems, ERP platforms, EPM solutions, banking partners, and reporting tools.
• Ensure architectural consistency, security, data integrity, and compliance with integration standards across the application landscape.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation and provide guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support governance activities, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology strategies.
• Identify and mitigate architecture-related risks while promoting best practices and standards.
